Miguel Gonzales (b. 2003, Kansas City, KS) is a multimedia journalist and freelance writer currently based in Boston, Massachusetts pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Journalism with a Philosophy minor at Boston University.
He freelances across the coast writing reviews for The Pitch (Kansas City) and Allston Pudding, while writing articles and essays for student publications (WTBU Radio, The Daily Free Press) covering music and local scenes. He currently serves as the Studio Productions Director for WTBU Radio, booking studio sessions with local and touring talents, running sound and producing content for the student-run radio station.
He is a recipient of QuestBridge's National College Match Scholarship and featured in Boston University's College of Communications journalism department's magazine, The Journalist. He is passionate in contextualizing the scope of contemporary music, arts and culture through visual storytelling and the written word via media and academia.
